About FocusOne
FocusOne is a Management Service Organization, headquartered in Jacksonville Florida, committed to enabling physicians to thrive in the new value based world of healthcare. Established 15 years ago as a small boutique firm that focused on small practices, we are now also assisting larger practices with particular emphasis on networks of independent physicians including Accountable Care Organizations, Clinically Integrated Networks, and other models of physician collaboration. Our goal is simply to bring services to our clients that allow them to achieve the highest level of clinical outcomes for their patients while maximizing revenue potential for the providers that deliver those clinical services. That comes from helping our clients establish a clear vision and direction with corresponding operations to achieve that vision.
